I coach in person at two locations: Lisbon Strong in Belém and MVMT Studio in Santos. I also offer at-home training anywhere in and around Lisbon – during the pilot session we assess your space and equipment to make sure it works for your programme.

Yes, that's exactly who I work with. My approach combines rehabilitation and performance training as one process: we build strength and capability while addressing your limitations from day one, rather than "fixing first, training later". If physio, osteo or massage brought only temporary relief, this is the missing piece – someone taking full ownership of the problem until you're no longer worried about your body failing you.

We start with a free initial call on WhatsApp to discuss what's limiting you and whether my approach fits. If we're aligned, you book the pilot session, where I assess your movement in person. From there you receive your written assessment and, if you continue, the detailed training we’ll use.

Everything starts with a free 15–20 minute call, followed by a 60-minute pilot session (€120) that includes a written assessment and recommendations. Programmes run 6 or 12 weeks at 2 sessions per week: gym training is €650 (6 weeks) or €1,200 (12 weeks); at-home training is €700 or €1,300. All prices include VAT.

No. Every programme is built from your assessment, so we start exactly where your body is today, whether that's returning from injury, getting back into training after a break, or working toward goals like a first pull-up, muscle-up or handstand. What matters is consistency and motivation.
