My approach combines rehabilitation and performance training as a single, unified process. There's no "first fix the problem, then get strong" timeline - we build capability while addressing limitations from day one.
Success means you're no longer worried about your body failing you.
Whether that's returning to the sports you love, travelling without concern, or simply having confidence in your physical resilience - we measure progress by your capability to do what matters to you, not arbitrary fitness metrics.
