A circus school alum from age 14, my years in theatre and film cultivated a unique understanding of the body through movement. Overcoming personal injuries fueled a deep dive into training science and recovery, forming the core of my coaching philosophy.
With 10+ years of experience and certifications, I merge scientific rigor with my artistic roots. I challenge restrictive fitness dogma, offering adaptable, personalized strategies that build resilience and elevate overall well-being.
